With over 7 years of experience in UX Research, I have designed and facilitated strategic workshops in both physical and virtual environments, collaborating with internal and external teams across various industries. These sessions have been essential in aligning multidisciplinary teams, identifying opportunities, defining problems, and generating user-centered innovative solutions.
My facilitation approach is based on a combination of ideation, design thinking, and co-creation methodologies, adapting tools and dynamics to meet the specific objectives of each session. By leveraging collaborative techniques, I have fostered creativity, enhanced stakeholder communication, and driven strategic decision-making based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Key Skills in Workshop Facilitation:
Designing and structuring collaborative sessions tailored to strategic goals.
Leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and focus.
Creating ideation and problem-solving dynamics.
Time management and discussion moderation to maximize session value.
Adapting methodologies for remote, hybrid, or in-person sessions.
Utilizing digital collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam, MURAL, etc.).
Documenting and synthesizing key findings for decision-making.
Crafting reports and storytelling to communicate actionable insights.
As part of cutting-edge ideation projects, I worked on the conceptualization and application of Software Adjustable Radar (SAWR) technology—originally developed for the aerospace sector—for human-centered applications in inclusion, healthcare, retail, and packaging. By leveraging SAWR’s ability to detect movement, monitor environments, and gather real-time spatial data, we explored new ways to enhance user experiences and optimize processes beyond its traditional use.
Through UX Research, co-creation workshops, and prototyping, we ensured that SAWR-powered solutions were not only technologically feasible but also accessible, adaptive, and impactful. These projects demonstrated how emerging technologies can drive innovation in UX, transforming advanced radar capabilities into meaningful, user-driven solutions.
As a Designer and Innovator, I played a key role in winning 1st place at the Social X Change 2020 Hackathon, collaborating with an engineering team to develop impactful solutions aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our winning project focused on leveraging UV Light technology to ensure effective sanitization and bacterial elimination, addressing a critical need for hygiene and safety.
Developed just before the COVID-19 pandemic, this solution gained significant relevance within the company, highlighting the power of innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration in anticipating and solving global challenges. By applying human-centered design, rapid prototyping, and strategic foresight, we created a technology-driven approach that underscored the value of UX and innovation in shaping meaningful, real-world impact.
